Using Motion Guide

Directions
  1. Create an image or letter, or graphic
  2. Place the image on the stage or outside the stage — it should be on Layer One in Keyframe 1
  3. Select the arrow tool in the toolbar and then go to — Insert, convert to symbol
  4. Insert — Motion Guide
  5. Click on Keyframe one in the Motion Guide
  6. Select the pencil and draw a curvy path into the stage
  7. On Keyframe one, Layer One, select arrow tool and grab your image and snap it to the beginning of the pencil line you will see a + sign in a small circle that indicates that the snapping is working
  8. On Layer One, Keyframe 30 go to — Insert Keyframe
  9. On the Guide Layer, Keyframe 30 go to — Insert Keyframe
  10. Move the image in Layer One to Keyframe 30 and snap it to the end of the pencil line
  11. Click on Keyframe One, Layer One and go to — Insert Motion Tween
  12. Press the return key to play the animation
  13. On Layer One, Keyframe One, click where it says "Orient to path" in the bottom of the frame properties bar.
  14. Play your movie
