| Personal Statement: The School Site Council is comprised of parents, staff members, and students who work together in the best interest of all of the students of Jordan Middle School. Based on data gathered from a survey of these groups, we formulate a School Improvement Plan, which recognizes our strengths and identifies areas of challenge for us. Some of the areas we address are curriculum, staff development, school environment, student needs, and communication with parents. My goal as a member of the Council is to balance the year-to-year and long-range goals, so that Jordan may become a world-class school. Our School Improvement Plan and related budget should reflect our vision. |
