Student Idea

1. Doug, a Jordan student, wants to show The Inconvenient Truth as a way to kickoff the GreenCitizen campaign

2. Movie about Al Gore’s presentation on global warming

a. In 50 years if the world continues at this rate, we’ll be living underwater

b. 93 minutes, so will have to be shown in 2 parts

3. His dad is climatologist and will be there to answer questions after

4. If students who are influenced by this movie want to help more with our Earth & GreenCitizen, then they would influence their friends as well.

5. Potiental problem—parents disagree with the little political stuff

6. Permission slip. Whoever doesn’t want to see it can have a prep period in the library.

Pennies for Patients

1. Ends today!

2. We’ll make an announcement for 7^th grade Advisory teachers to bring their Pennies for Patients boxes w/ the money counted and we’ll collect it there.

3. For 6^th and 8^th grade Advisories, the 6^th and 8^th grade officers will go around the school picking up the boxes during Advisory.

3. We have to double check the winners’ donated money.
