Mrs. Barbarasch coming to our meeting next Wednesday to give us her input about GreenCitizen and Pennies for Patients.

 

Club Signups

  1. Mr. La Sala didn't want to do another club signup last year, but he thought the teachers and some students would be upset, so he went through with it anyway.
  2. He said there'd only be about 1-2 new clubs.
  3. We're going to make a new form. Tia will type it up tonight and copies of it will be in the office by tomorrow (January 18, 2007). The information it will include is:
    1. Would you like to continue your club for 2nd semester?
    2. Approximately how many members are in your club?
    3. How many of your existing members would want to continue coming to your club in 2nd semester?
    4. Identifiable information about your club like club name, teacher sponsor, room number, days you meet
    5. Any questions/concerns contact Student Council at msano@pausd.org
    6. There may be new members joining your club for the remainder of the school year.
  4. On the announcements tomorrow we have to announce:
    1. All the existing club names & room numbers, and that they're all open for new members.
    2. Existing club founders must fill out a separate form to continue in 2nd semester. Otherwise, the club cannot continue anymore.
    3. Get the form in the office near Ms. BabcockÕs desk.
    4. Turn in the form into the Student Council box. The form is due by next Tuesday, January 23.
  5. Next week there'll be an extra meeting on Monday to discuss GreenCitizen & the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society before Mrs. Barbarasch comes in on Wednesday. It will be announced.
  6. No JTV for a few weeks because the new JTV class has to be trained.
