Opening
1. Chloe will be the timekeeper for today.
2. Max will set up an email account for Student Council.
Existing Clubs
1. Tia and Britta have made an announcement on Thursday about the forms and there was one today.
2. Ms. Sano will put an announcement in for the existing club forms tomorrow.
New 2nd Semester Clubs
1. We'll use the same form as the 1st Semester club form, and announce that if anyone wants to start a club, they should get a form in the office and turn it into the Student Council box by ____.
2. The forms will be available this Wednesday, January 24. They have to get at least 10 people to join their clubs; there will be no club signups during lunch.
3. The forms will be due next Wednesday, January 31.
4. Chloe and Sarah will write up an announcement and give it over the PA system on Wednesday.

Pennies For Patients
1. Open Vote was held for whether or not we're doing Pennies for Patients
The Vote was 9 to 1, in favor of doing it. Hannah K. and Amanda B. were absent and did not vote.
2. There will be a committee of 7 people doing Pennies for Patients, and one person will be the leader.
3. Chirag will head the Pennies for Patients committee, along with Britta, Sarah, Tia, Michael, and Maryssa.
4. To kick off the Pennies for Patients fundraiser, we want to hold two 20-minute assemblies during Advisory and SSR. We'll send notes to the teacher telling them which assembly they're in. It'll just be a brief awareness message.
