Dodgeball Club

1. There have been complaints about the Dodgeball club from students who want to be in it.

2. Ms. Pappas only allows the first 40 people at the door who have signed up to play dodgeball.

3. Student Council announced that even if you didn't sign up for a club, you can still show up at the door and be in it, so students are complaining that they can't participate.

4. David will talk to Ms. Pappas and try to change it so that the first 40 kids who show up can play that day, and forget about the sign up sheet completely.

 

Rep Meeting

1. Next rep meeting before GreenCitizen starts, but after Spring Break. (April 11)

2. Michael and David will make the agenda.

3. The meeting will be in the Cafetorium.

 

Pennies for Patients Pizza Party

1. Pizza party is scheduled for 4/18.

2. We'll order 3/4ths of the total pizzas cheese and 1/4ths pepperoni.

 

Next Student Council Meetings

1. We're having an extra meeting on the Monday after Spring Break, 4/9.

2. Next week we can't have a meeting on Wednesday because Ms. Sano won't be here, so we'll have the meeting on Monday, March 26th. It will be in Ms. Moin's room, F9.

3. This Friday we need to finish up discussing GreenCitizen so we will have a meeting in Ms. Sano's room.

            a. Hannah, Maryssa, and David can't make it.

 

Conserving Energy Project

1. The Staff will start a project to conserve energy and they would like parent, student, and staff volunteers.

2. Interested officers: Chirag, Max, Chloe, and David

3. Must have at least one day a week free of afterschool activities.

 

GreenCitizen

1. Amanda got the contact information and a flyer of GreenCitizen.

2. We need a slogan: brainstorm at home and over Spring Break.

3. Signs and announcements should be done at least a week before GreenCitizen starts.

4. Amanda and Max are doing a segment for JTV about GreenCitizen. It will be up next week to inform the students before Spring Break.

5. Britta and Maryssa will also do a catchy advertisement using iMovie. Make it fun! Get the students excited and find recyclable electronics around their house.
