GreenCitizen Commercial

1. Viewed Tia's, Britta's, and Maryssa's GreenCitizen advertisement.

2. Style & music is very catchy, and has a bit of key information.

            a. People would want to watch it!

3. Needs to be edited down to 1 minute max.

4. Kiosk has four sections: cellphones, ink cartridges, CDs, and batteries. No iPods.

 

GreenCitizen Announcement Schedule

Monday – Anchors on JTV will advertise (assembly will be on this day)

                        Hannah will write this announcement.

Tuesday – Michael will go on JTV & write the announcement.

Wednesday – Britta and Hannah will do the PA Announcements

                        Britta will write it.

Thursday – Tia's, Britta's,and Maryssa's ad

Friday – Chloe will go on JTV (maybe, because it's a minimum day)

                        Chloe will write a quick wrap-up announcement.

Also mention that they can continue recycling electronics to the GreenCitizen place.

 

GreenCitizen Cans

1.     We'll have garbage cans around the school for electronics, in addition to the kiosk. During lunch, one person will be responsible for rolling out each can to the designated area and look after it. Make sure no trash gets in it!

2.     Ms. Sano will ask our head custodian, Alex, if he has three extra garbage cans we can use.

3.     Chloe will make a rough schedule for officers. Everyone should do it at least once.

Garbage Can 2 – between G & C wings

Garbage Can 3 – snack bar area

(kiosk = in the library)

 

GreenCitizen in the Morning

1.     To get the message out to parents who drop their kids off about GreenCitizen, two people should roll the kiosk out to the North California semi-circle parking lot.

2.     They would get there at 7:45am and sit there until 8am.

3.     They should be prepared to answer student and parent questions about GreenCitizen.

4.     Also serves as a reminder for everyone to donate.

5.     Chloe will make a rough schedule for everyone.

 

Elections

We have the cafetorium reserved for the speech practice and elections.
