Peer Helpers

Meeting Start: 12:33

1. Everybody formed into different committees last time we had a peer helper meeting. Each committee is responsible for a part of the ODFL fundraiser. For example, one group is in charge of posters. Everyone got into their groups for the ODFL project. Each Group picked a leader.
2. Dates for ODFL:

M. Augustine wished to have it a week before spring break.

A. Ballard brings up we should do it in March or early April.

Vote: Would you like to have the fundraiser go on for 1 week or two weeks?

Result: All would like it to go on for 2 weeks.

Vote: Would you like to start in the beginning of March?

March 3-7 - Fundraising

SPRING BREAK

March 10-17 - Fundraising

March 17-20 - Banking

3. Each group got together to plan what they are going to do for the fundraiser.
