1. Michael A. and Al B., the leaders of this project, have contacted ODFL:

a. Official date for ODFL is March 4

b. Handouts were given by ODFL which we will need to read over

c. We need to learn the ODFL vision and philosophy

2. We will need to think of the best way to inform the student body about this fundraiser, because it is taking place of Pennies for Patients. Robert Freeman said he would be able to come for an assembly.

3. Everyone got into their ODFL committees. Here is what they have brainstormed:

a. Advertising: Slogans to put on posters that will be up two weeks before the fundraiser

b. Staff Awareness: Outlines for meetings, started working on power point, have finished making the flyer

c. JTV: 2 part segment going on air on JTV on the 4^th and 6^th of March, people from the group are going on air on the 11^th and 13^th

d. Student Awareness: Would like to have a 30 to 35 minute assembly, and a "thermometer" visual measure to show the school how many kids they have fed
