Amanda B. – 8^th Grade President

Michael A. – 8^th Grade Treasurer

Uma V. – 8^th Grade Secretary

Simone B. – 7^th Grade President

Britta K. – 7^th Grade Vice President

Maryssa S. – 7^th Grade Treasurer

Vivian L. – 6^th Grade Secretary

All other officers have been dismissed from this meeting since the committees in which they are in have already finished their jobs

(All members were present for the first 10 minutes)

Also Present:

-Peer helpers in the Student Awareness Committee, Bankers Committee, and JTV committee

-Mrs. Smith

Absent: Mrs. Sano

1. Al B. and Michael A., the leaders of this project, instructed all of the committees to meet and decide if they need any time to discuss or finish any ongoing job. If they are finished, they were allowed to leave. The Student Awareness committee, the bankers’ committee, and the JTV committee were the only groups that needed more time, so they worked throughout the whole lunch.

2. Reminder: Bankers need to count money on Tuesday and Thursday of next week
