Budget

Mrs. Perry:

  1. Athletic officials, Athletics refs, library copy machine  - we are taking out of budget

 

  1. Magazine Drive: Actual Gross sales: $49,489.50. In addition, we have internet sales – appox. $3350. Internet sales done a little differently , because the products, not magazines, have a shipping fee. We will net around 21,500 dollars. Some magazine drive money used for bounced check fees.

 

  1. Discussion about budget  - should we keep the same with the above minor exceptions?  Money from Yearbook sales will be moved to Student Body thanks to Ms. Richard and successful yearbook.

 

  1. M. Augustine raises questions about need for helium tank and the ÒDanceÓ budget to remain as is with less dances planned this year.

 

  1. Point made that Leadership will replace second dance with other event, so for safety, keep money in that budget.

 

  1. Vote taken:  All in favor of passing the budget as proposed by Ms. Perry with exceptions mentioned above – Unanimous vote in favor.

  2. To attend Tuesday 11/6 meeting for ASB training:  Amanda, Maryssa, Britta, Vivian to check.
