Mrs. Perry:

  1. 1st semester will run October 25th to January 18
  2. 187 dollars for each club
  3. total will be 2200 dollars for the first semester.
  4. For the second semester, it will be from January 21 to June 12: 20 weeks
  5. Mrs. Richard said she would support clubs with 5000 dollars from the yearbook committee

6th grade Elections:

  1. 31 people running
  2. 17 running for president, normally between 10 AND 15
  3. President and Vice president, we will be having a run off on JTV
  4. Top 5 students for VP and presidents will run again with everyone else on Thursday
  5. We have to meet with all presidents and vice presidents on October 18th at lunch
  6. They should have their 1 minute speech ready by Friday as well as the 2 minute speech
  7. 2 copies if they are making the same speech for both
  8. Pass back speeches on Monday
  9. Election is Thursday the 25th
  10. On the 24th, Amanda will give an intro on JTV and they will give their 1 minute speeches to the sixth graders
  11. Everyone will vote and we will count ballots
  12. Top 5 people will run again on Thursday with secretaryÕs and treasurers
  13. Secretary and Treasurer speech practice
  14. Call slips for the 5 people who are selected in the top 5
  15. Send out call slips on Thursday
  16. Count ballots after school on Friday
  17. People running tomorrows meeting
  18. Passing speeches out Monday after school
  19. Tuesday is speech practice for presidents
  20. Pre elections are Thursday
  21. Friday JTV will announce winners
  22. Thursday morning before school, take with candidates

Site Council:

  1. We need 4 students from Student Council
  2. Update Site council sign up sheet for 4 people
  3. 2 out of 4 can take notes
  4. retreat is next meeting: Wednesday November 14 All member have to go! Starts at 8:20 at the District office over by the Stanford Mall

Voting:

  1. Skateboarding Club: All in favor of, is an official club
  2. Leukemia and Lymphoma proposal: someone should write a letter to Timothy Tran; Talk about at next meeting; We will not have it
