Athletic League Rule Docs & Directions

The Middle School Athletics Program is a collaborative effort between PAUSD and the City of Palo Alto’s Recreation Division, offering after-school sports programs for 6th, 7th and 8th graders at JLS, Jordan, and Terman Middle Schools. Middle School Athletics provides a positive environment for students to develop skills, friendships, and self-esteem with an emphasis on enjoyment, participation, school spirit and teamwork. Everyone who registers will be on a team. There are no cuts! Only students at Jordan, JLS, or Terman Middle Schools are eligible to participate.

• Online: Register online through Enjoy! Online.

• Mail-In: Mail your completed registration form with payment to Middle School Athletics;

• Fax-In: Fax completed registration form to 321-5612
• Walk-In: Register in person at the Lucie Stern Community Center.
• Be sure to fill in your current email address on the registration form so that you will receive information regarding deadlines, Parent Night and program information
**Refunds: Cancellation requests must be submitted 5 business days prior to start date of the season. A $12 per program registration fee will be charged for cancellations.
